Quality

Our quality philosophy: measurable, documented and oriented to international standards.

Our Philosophy

Quality is a process, not a promise.

Anyone can claim quality. We build it into every step: vetted raw materials, defined mix designs, controlled batching and systematic testing. The result is concrete whose properties you can rely on — and prove.

Our reference points are the Kenyan KEBS requirements and the European concrete standard EN 206, which governs how concrete is specified, produced and verified in some of the world's most demanding construction markets.

STANDARDS

What we orient to

  • KEBS — Kenya Bureau of Standards requirements for cement, aggregates and concrete products
  • EN 206 — European standard for concrete specification, performance, production and conformity
  • Documented QC — batching records and test results for traceability
Quality Chain

Four control points, every batch.

1 · Raw Materials

Cement, aggregates and water are sourced from vetted suppliers and checked against defined acceptance criteria before entering production.

2 · Mix Design

Each strength class has a defined, tested recipe. Water-cement ratio, aggregate grading and admixtures are specified — not improvised.

3 · Controlled Batching

Ingredients are weighed and batched under controlled conditions, with records kept for every production run.

4 · Testing

Regular cube tests verify compressive strength; product samples are checked for dimensions and durability. Results are documented.
